With TOPS and THRED, the usage amount of heavy rare earth is effectively reduced in ZHmag, that will create value for customers in both product property improvement and cost reduction.

The weight loss level, tested on the uncoated magnets under the environment of high temperature, high pressure and high humidity, can qualitatively reflect its serving life. Referring to the standard IEC68-2-66 and after 20 days HAST testing, the low weight loss magnets made by ZHmag is able to be less than 2mg/cm2, which is at the top level worldwide.

The product consistency within one batch and the continuity among different batches are the key support for customer’s mass production and quality assurance. With a proven performance such as Cpk of Br can be more than 1.67, ZHmag is well known for the excellent consistency.

ZHmag devoted a lot of efforts to improving working temperature, through a combined usage of ZHmag’s three core technologies ,the higher thermal stability and lower thermal demagnetization for the same named magnet grades compared with competitors have been achieved successfully, the magnet with max working temperature up to 240℃ has been developed .
